The "My Assignment Library" puts your custom practice and assessments in one easy-to-access location.
You can navigate to your assignment library from the teacher Dashboard or the Assignments page by clicking the "My Assignment Library" button and selecting an assignment type.
From here you can sort, preview, print and manage your assignments.
My Assignment Library Features:
The library will automatically select the program, book, and chapter based on your last activity in the assignment builder. You can also toggle between assessment and practice assignments.
You can sort the list by name, status, and creation date to make it easier to sift content.
You can delete assignments from the library by clicking the box to the left of the assignment(s) you'd like to remove. While deleted items will no longer be visible in your library, this will not impact assignments that have been assigned to students.
You can preview the assignment by clicking the name of the assignment. From this screen you can show answers, view breadcrumbs, and print.
The status indicates whether an assignment has been assigned to a student or not. "Drafts" are assignments that have been saved to the library but not yet assigned to a student or group. Assigned" refers to assignments that have been assigned to students.
Only assignments in a "Draft" state can be edited. When the "Edit" button is clicked you will be taken to the assignment creator where you can delete questions, add questions, or change the name of the assignment.
If you want to edit an assigned assignment, make a copy. The copied version will be in a draft state, giving you the ability to edit.
To view a printer-friendly version of the assignment, click "Print." From here you can choose to print with or without answers.
To make a copy of an assignment click "Copy." This will prompt you to change the name of the assignment. Once you click "Ok," you will be taken back to the assignment library with the new draft assignment at the top of the list.
You can quickly assign an assignment to a student or group by clicking “Assign.”
