Clever Users
If your district uses Canvas, Classlink, Clever or Schoology and you have forgotten your password, please reach out to a teacher, admin, or IT person for assistance.
Self-Registration Users
Teachers
- On the Login screen click Forgot Password? located below the LOG IN
- Type your username and click NEXT.
- Big Ideas Learning will email password reset instructions.
- Check the email associated with the account for an email from BIL Support.
- Click the hyperlink or paste the link provided into a browser.
- Enter and confirm your new password and click NEXT.
- Click Back to Login and log in with the new credentials.
Students
- On the Login screen click Forgot Password? located below the LOG IN
- Type your username and click NEXT. If you do not remember your username, please contact your teacher.
- Contact your teacher for your temporary password. (They should have received the information in an email from BIL Support.)
Teachers retrieving temporary passwords for students, please follow these steps:
- Forward the email from BIL Support with the temporary password to your student.
OR
- Go to Class Management from the teacher dashboard or the site menu.
- Temporary passwords for Active students can be found in the Temporary Password column on the right.
- To see students not actively enroll in one of your class click the Password Requests
- Temporary Passwords are listed in the last column on the right.
